MJ Housing Preservation Initiative partners with mission-aligned nonprofits, housing authorities, and developers to preserve and expand deeply affordable housing across the country.

We’re actively seeking opportunities to:

• Partner as a co-developer on LIHTC and HUD preservation initiatives.

• ​

• Provide consulting services for organizations looking to acquire, reposition, or preserve affordable housing assets
   

• Acquire existing affordable housing properties, both project-based Section 8 and USDA 515
   

• Purchase LP or GP interests in existing affordable housing partnerships, with a focus on long-term stewardship and compliance​​
